Wooddale Automotive Specialists Inc. has been serving Prince William County, Stafford County, and Fairfax County residents from the same location since 1991. We are conveniently located in the Belmont Industrial Park, near the Woodbridge VRE train station. We also provide courtesy transportation to and from the VRE train station.Wooddale Automotive Specialists Inc. uses only state of the art equipment to diagnose and repair your car. We have the latest computer diagnostic equipment so troubleshooting those computer controlled engine management, anti-lock brake, traction control, and transmission systems is no problem.

Car Care Tips

TIP 02

No.1 Oil Changes

Changing engine oil and filter every 3000 miles is not necessary for everyone. If most of your driving is short trips, stop and go traffic, or towing, then every 3000 miles is probably good for you. However, if most of your driving is highway use, then every 5000 miles is probably good for you. Never exceed your vehicle manufacturers recommended interval.

No.2 Get a Second Opinion

If you are uncomfortable with a diagnosis or an estimate from an automotive repair shop, don't be afraid to get a second opinion. You are under no obligation until you authorize the repair.

No.3 Check Tire Pressure

Check your tire pressure with a good quality tire gauge at least once per month. Under inflated tires will waste fuel and cause premature tire wear. Over inflated tires will cause premature tire wear. Driving at highway speeds with improperly inflated tires can cause blowouts.

Read your owners manual (or at least familiarize yourself with what is in it). It is full of useful information.
